- Shipping takes 1-2 days for Portugal and 3-4 days for the rest of Europe.
- To ensure timely delivery for a specific occasion, we recommend placing orders at least 1 week in advance.

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
